Mary Anne excels in project planning, contract negotiations, and financial analysis, consistently focusing on cost savings, schedule optimization, and client satisfaction. Proficient in tools such as Blue Beam, PlanGrid, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams, she combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to drive effective collaboration and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
